Arise 309 started from a desire Bob See had to gather local believers together to pray, worship and fast for our region.

He started meeting with local leaders and pastors sharing that vision.

Adam Moser and Ryan Foster are also part of the leadership team.
Bob See
Bob grew up in Central Illinois, but spent several years in the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from Seattle’s Lutheran Bible Institute and from Seattle Pacific University with a MCM in Cross Cultural Communication. He’s currently completing an MA in Theology from Global University. Bob spent 11 years in Japan, working with Christian churches, and 25 years in pastoral ministry in the Peoria area. He is currently a director with Community Transformation Partnership. Bob has been married to his wife Harriet for 38 years. They have two married sons, one serving in the military and one serving in Christian ministry
